Meet an Earner with @fogo_gs

In our Meet an Earner interview series, we ask real-life web3 earners about their journey, experiences and insights on earning with web3.

This week, we had the pleasure of interviewing Hugo, a passionate Celeros community member that shares his experience with the game so far.

Tell us a little about yourself (only what you’re happy to share!). Where do you live? Do you work, study etc? 

Sure, I’m Hugo, a technologist at heart, a sci-fi, racing and gaming fan also a VR fanatic and a musician and very passionate about physics and science. Like I usually say there are not enough hours of the day for me to be bored with all my hobbies, I can’t do enough! Luckily I work in the space, having become a Discord moderator for a great upcoming web3 project that exploded onto the scene as well as being a freelance game tester.

How did you learn about Celeros When did you start playing?

I heard about Celeros sometime middle of last year when Airspeeder, the first partner and game running on the platform, announced their collaboration so I was instantly interested because I love the flying car sport and their implications in the future mobility revolution. As soon as I had the chance to play in the pre-alpha tournament that happened throughout July, I was in.

What do you like about Celeros?

Speed, innovation, competition and creating an impact in the real world as well as serving as a pipeline for future pilots to remotely control and then get inside a flying car in the real world.

How often do you use Celeros? Where do you use it? 

The game has not yet released to the public so the access we had was through the the pre-alpha that was sent to us and uniquely customized with our name and the game for now runs on PC.

What realm/blockchain are you currently on – Solana, BNB Chain, Ethereum?

The game is on Ethereum network.

How are you currently earning with Celeros and how much do you earn per week or month? 

As the game is not out, the earning I have had came from contests and completions within the community on the Discord and Zealy and other platforms where we engage with the content, and this has landed me up to hundreds some months and nothing others, it depends on what events are available.

Can you tell us about any unique playing experiences with Celeros and your favorite aspect of the game?

Controlling an flying car on three dimensions is something unique in terms of gaming as far as I am aware, the weight and inertia and feeling of the size and power of the vehicle are excellent and provide great fun as you try to master the amazing speed of the craft.

Where else are you earning on web3? 

Right now I earn as part of Space Nation where I keep our community safe and engaged as well as provide any info they may need when they join our discord server and It’s a great privilege to be part of this gaming finance and economy revolution that is web3.
