In our Meet an Earner interview series, we ask real-life web3 earners about their journey, experiences and insights on earning with web3.

We recently connected with Phantom Galaxies user @carosaufbear. He shared his introduction into Phantom Galaxies, what he enjoys about playing and how he is actively participating and earning daily.

Tell us a little about yourself?

Hey! My name is Chris and I’m a 20 year-old Game Artist from Cologne, Germany. I recently finished my Game Artist education and am now looking for work in the game industry.

I’m fairly new to the web3 space and was only introduced to it via Phantom Galaxies, but I’ve been enjoying it since!

How did you learn about Phantom Galaxies? When did you start using it?

I first learned about Phantom Galaxies at Gamescom in Cologne back in August 2022, where the game’s visuals and gameplay certainly caught my eye. After stopping by the BFS booth and learning more about the current alpha and future plans of the game, I eventually started playing it in early September!

What do you like about Phantom Galaxies?

I really adore the graphics and visuals of Phantom Galaxies, each planet system is just so unique and stunning to look at and explore! But I also really like the currently existing lore, how it’s tied into the story and characters and how they’re still actively expanding it. The game’s overall mechanics and gameplay are already so well thought out and fluid, which makes me really excited for the future of PG!

How often do you play Phantom Galaxies? 

About two to three times a week at the moment, mainly whenever I find time after or before my part time job! Mostly just to go out and keep my skills fresh, while also doing some exploring. I’m mostly playing on my PC, occasionally on my laptop as well.

Roughly how much of their token do you earn per week or month?

I’m earning about 32 Astrafer per month from the Astrafite Rush event last year!

Where else are you earning on web3?

Actually nowhere else! Considering that I’m still quite new to the web3 space, PG is the only title I currently own. Though I might look at other projects in the future!
